Community Education Manager

Job Overview

This role involves leading educational initiatives for a no-code platform, including managing video content, hosting workshops, partnering with communities, and driving engagement on the community forum to support customer success and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the video library and academy by developing curriculum, writing scripts, and producing tutorials and case studies.
• Plan, host, and execute educational workshops with partners, community members, and customers.
• Represent the company in education efforts, partnering with communities and serving as the face for demos and tutorials.
• Drive the community forum by implementing programs like moderation, gamification, and beta testing, in collaboration with the support team.

Qualifications

• Passion for no-code tools and understanding of the platform and similar tools.
• At least 3 years of experience in instructional design, scripting, and video production, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Experience hosting online workshops and events.
• Comfortable on camera and in forward-facing roles.
