Responsibilities
- Deliver technical services independently or within project teams, including discoveries, requirements definition, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- Design, configure, and customize product applications to meet specifications, converting requirements into functional applications.
- Support and maintain deployed applications and systems, providing technical documentation.
- Engage with clients during requirements analysis, provide input on process improvements, and build trusted advisor relationships.
- Offer advanced services like pre-sales support, visualization, web, and reporting solutions, and optimize complex systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience with demonstrable skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with industrial SCADA software, particularly AVEVA/Wonderware and OSI software (e.g., PI Platform, System Platform, App Server, Historian, Edge, InTouch, OMI).
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Server and Client environments.
- Proficiency in converting requirements, design, and technical specifications into functional applications.
- Preferred: Exposure to AVEVA/Wonderware, OSI software, PlanetTogether, Hexagon j5; experience with SQL Server, OPC, MQTT; familiarity with complex systems design and troubleshooting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical troubleshooting, attention to detail, self-starter mindset, ability to plan and resolve issues, willingness to travel ~50% and work remotely.
