Customer Success Manager

Serve as the central point of contact for customers, from implementation to successful use of financial planning and analysis software. Collaborate closely with finance teams to replace Excel-based processes with modern, scalable controlling and planning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for onboarding and implementation of new customers
- Conduct implementation calls, workshops, and product trainings
- Analyze and optimize financial and controlling processes
- Advise finance teams on introducing the software
- Close collaboration with Product and Engineering to further develop the platform
Qualifications
- Background in Accounting, Controlling, Tax Consulting, or Finance Operations
- Experience with DATEV or similar systems, and interest in financial software and digitalization
- Structured and highly organized working style, maintaining overview across multiple topics
- Analytical thinking and high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and very good German language skills in spoken and written form
