Job Overview

Lead a remote-first, full-stack team of engineers in a fast-growing company focused on digital mental health support for young people. Responsibilities span people management, technical leadership, and delivery to ensure engineers grow, collaborate effectively, and drive business outcomes with positive social impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support a team of up to 8 engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and career development.
• Nurture a collaborative engineering culture valuing feedback, craft, and quality.
• Guide the team in making high-integrity technical decisions, developing sustainable architecture, and evolving strategy.
• Collaborate to improve agile practices, delivery cadence, ways of working, and learning approaches.
• Work with cross-functional peers to enable sustainable and timely delivery of technical solutions.
• Provide context, support, and guidance to drive business outcomes and inspire the team.
• Engage with VP of Engineering and leadership to set up the team for future growth and success.
