Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support a team of up to 8 engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and career development.
- Nurture a collaborative engineering culture valuing feedback, craft, and quality.
- Guide the team in making high-integrity technical decisions, developing sustainable architecture, and evolving strategy.
- Collaborate to improve agile practices, delivery cadence, ways of working, and learning approaches.
- Work with cross-functional peers to enable sustainable and timely delivery of technical solutions.
- Provide context, support, and guidance to drive business outcomes and inspire the team.
- Engage with VP of Engineering and leadership to set up the team for future growth and success.
