Full Stack Developer

Job Overview

Develop and maintain a web-based cloud platform, handling both modern TypeScript/Angular frontend and PHP/Symfony backend. Focus on feature development, optimization, and integration in a multi-tenant environment with international support.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features in Angular frontend including state management, internationalization, and responsive UI.
• Maintain and optimize existing modules such as booking, portal, and settings, including refactoring services.
• Implement map and geo features using GeoJSON/KMZ, markers, overlays, and performance improvements.
• Design and implement PHP backends with Symfony framework and REST APIs, integrating via OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Ensure quality through unit tests (Karma/Jasmine) and end-to-end tests (Cypress).
• Optimize performance and builds, including lazy loading, bundle size, image optimization, and Tailwind/SCSS.
• Maintain small PHP/WordPress integrations, plugins, and webhooks.
• Collaborate with product and design teams, conduct code reviews, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience with TypeScript and Angular.
• Proficiency in SCSS/Tailwind, responsive design, and component architecture.
• Experience with PHP, ideally Symfony framework.
• Commitment to clean code, review culture, Git workflow, and independent working style.
• Fluency in German and English, spoken and written.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with AI tools like ClaudeAI or ChatGPT.
• Practical knowledge of internationalization, accessibility basics, and performance tuning.
• Expertise in testing with Cypress and Karma/Jasmine, and CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger tooling, API design.
• Experience with Google Maps Platform, GIS basics, GeoJSON/KML/KMZ.
• Background in WordPress plugins (PHP) and webhooks.
