Responsibilities

• Build and ship web applications using TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment.
• Develop delightful user experiences at scale for members across mobile and desktop.
• Work on document processing with LLMs, payment infrastructure, and fraud detection systems.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure fast, accurate refunds while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• Contribute to infrastructure and applications that support members, health professionals, and internal operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building complex systems that operate 24/7 reliably.
• Experience with modern web technologies, Object-Oriented Programming (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#).
• Interest in business aspects like conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and growth drivers.
• Self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset with clear career progression and willingness to grow.
