Network Applications Developer Advocate

This role involves driving the adoption of network-powered API solutions by leading developer experience initiatives for products like Verify and Identity Insights. You’ll bridge engineering, product management, and the developer community, creating tools and resources to help integrate network-based authentication, fraud prevention, and identity verification into applications, leveraging carrier networks and telecom infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical documentation, code samples, and tutorials for implementing network API integrations.
- Host webinars, workshops, and hackathons to educate developers on secure authentication, fraud detection, and carrier network data usage.
- Develop and maintain tools for keeping API documentation current, including automated testing of code samples.
- Design and contribute to SDKs and developer tools to simplify network API integration across platforms and languages.
- Gather and analyze developer feedback to improve APIs and developer experiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to align tooling with platform capabilities and security needs.
Qualifications
- Strong software development experience with expertise in authentication, identity verification, or security technologies.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages for server-side and client-side development.
- Experience with API design, implementation, and RESTful web services.
- Understanding of authentication flows, security best practices, and fraud prevention concepts.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in developer relations or advocacy.
- Understanding of telecom networks, carrier APIs, and mobile network infrastructure.
- Experience with authentication protocols.
