Salesforce Developer

Work in a small squad of 2-4 people including engineers and a project manager to design and deploy Salesforce applications for brands in retail, consumer goods, and community sectors. Focus on building adaptable and scalable platforms through research, development, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assist with feature ideation by providing research-informed input and advising on feasibility and alternative approaches.
- Help plan and estimate features to ensure timely rollout and expected functionality.
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, including configuration, custom code in Apex, and Lightning components.
- Participate in team retrospectives by identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Use Salesforce Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows to automate business processes and improve productivity.
- Conduct testing, quality assurance, and debugging to ensure solution reliability and performance.
- Create and maintain documentation for customizations and configurations.
- Provide training and support to end-users for effective use of Salesforce Service Cloud.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, configuration, and optimization for customer service and support.
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and related technologies.
- Open to working remotely with international teams.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Resourceful, able to research and learn independently to solve problems.
- Independent problem-solver who can identify issues and propose solutions.
- Organized and structured, with well-documented pull requests and accurate task status updates.
- Experience building scalable digital platforms deployed in production (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative, Programming, and Administration, including custom objects (preferred).
