This role involves working on a compact remote project focused on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules including E-Recruiting, Learning Solution, and Talent Management. The position emphasizes technical consulting, customization, and development to deliver informed commercial results and positive digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Customize and develop using ABAP / ABAP OO, enhancements, and extensions in SAP HCM (ECC).
- Work with WebDynpro for ABAP (Recruiter, MSS, ESS), SAP Workflow, SmartForms / Adobe Forms.
- Handle integration of HR master and organizational data between SAP and external systems.
- Optimize learning solutions with SCORM and manage Talent Management including Performance Management and Talent Conferences.
- Incorporate SAP Fiori in development tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM (ECC), particularly in Learning Solution, E-Recruiting, and Talent Management.
- Solid expertise in customizing, ABAP / ABAP OO development, enhancements, and extensions.
- Experience with WebDynpro for ABAP, SAP Workflow, SmartForms / Adobe Forms, SCORM, and SAP HCM Talent Management.
- Integration experience with HR data between SAP and external systems.
- Experience with SAP Fiori.
- Very good German (B2+) is mandatory.
- Recent hands-on development experience.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of H4S4, SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession, Onboarding, SmartRecruiters), SAP Integration Suite, Work Zone.
- Certification in SuccessFactors is a plus; specify project details and duration.
