Responsibilities
- Translate creative concepts into exceptional design and motion across campaign ecosystems, ensuring cohesion, premium quality, and brand consistency.
- Create and refine storyboards, transitions, and animation tests to define execution approaches and mitigate production risks.
- Maintain strong fundamentals in typography, layout, hierarchy, pacing, timing, easing, legibility, and brand consistency.
- Proactively identify opportunities to elevate craft and simplify complexity for better efficiency.
- Support teams with practical execution thinking on formats, feasibility, channel requirements, and production pathways.
- Execute and adapt creative assets across Print, Digital OOH (static and motion), Social (platform variants, short-form motion, stories/reels), and Web/Display (including HTML banner animation).
- Handle day-to-day feedback from stakeholders and clients, implementing iterations efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Ensure deliverables meet channel specifications like dimensions, safe areas, readability, file weight, codecs, durations, and frame rates.
- Act as a senior reference for design and motion, sharing approaches, references, templates, and best practices.
- Provide informal mentoring to junior team members through constructive critique and practical coaching.
- Collaborate with Creative, Studio, and Production teams in a solutions-focused manner.
- Deliver high creative standards within timelines and budgets, providing accurate time estimates and flagging risks early.
