Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing automation professionals, providing strategic direction and fostering innovation.
• Oversee strategy and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud for data-driven marketing.
• Design and implement data-driven email strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
• Develop and manage customer journey maps using real-time data triggers for targeted communications.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns including promotional, transactional, and automated types.
• Create targeted segments and personalized content using Data Cloud.
• Monitor performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and data teams to align content with brand and objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing on email elements to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Manage team workflow using tools like Aprimo.
