Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Overview

This role involves building end-to-end features for an AI-powered event agency platform, from database schemas to API routes and polished React UIs. The platform uses AI agents to handle event planning workflows like venue searches and supplier proposals through natural language interactions. Join a small team of 9, including co-founders, in a fast-paced environment shipping code daily to production.

Responsibilities

• Learn the monorepo codebase, pair on features, fix bugs, and ship your first end-to-end feature in the first month.
• Design database schemas, write migrations, build API routes with validation, and create React components integrating AI streaming in months 2-3.
• Architect complex features like real-time streaming and integrations with external services, improve developer experience, and shape future product direction after month 3.
• Own features across the full stack, including data models, AI workflows, and user interfaces for real customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building software with strong full stack experience.
• Production experience with Next.js App Router.
