Job Overview
This role involves leading the development of enterprise-grade applications using React for the frontend and .NET Core for the backend in a high-volume healthcare environment. The position focuses on architecture decisions, integration strategies, cross-team collaboration, and delivering compliant solutions as an individual contributor.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from ideation and architecture through implementation, deployment, and support.
- Design, build, and maintain applications and integration services supporting React and .NET Core.
- Serve as a technical authority for healthcare data in React frontend while debugging into backend .NET Core APIs with SQL databases.
- Architect and develop scalable React apps with secure web services.
- Ensure interoperability with external partners while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with product management, stakeholders, and operations to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, integration patterns, and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Work with GitHub source control and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Participate in production releases, deployments, monitoring, and incident resolution.
- Manage multiple priorities and contribute to roadmap planning and technical strategy.
- Participate in meetings as a senior technical representative.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise applications and integration platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with React and React libraries.
- Experience designing and implementing React apps, including web and single-page applications where performance is critical.
- Proven experience architecting mission-critical, high-availability systems handling large data volumes and high transaction throughput.
- Expert-level experience with React and modern web application development.
- 3 years of .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#, with ability to debug between React and backend.
- Strong experience with web services, XML, JSON, and API integration patterns.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-aware development.
- Strong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Solid experience with SQL databases; working knowledge of NoSQL databases a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a mature engineering organization.
- Experience in healthcare, regulated environments, or compliance-driven systems strongly preferred.
