Senior RPA Integration Engineer

Job Overview

This role involves building the automation layer that connects imaging center scheduling systems to the internal platform, focusing on designing and deploying RPA solutions to extract and input appointment data from RIS systems, driving operational efficiency and patient throughput.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain RPA bots to extract appointment data from imaging center RIS platforms and trigger patient scheduling workflows.
• Navigate diverse RIS systems, building resilient screen-scraping and data extraction logic to handle UI inconsistencies.
• Develop robust error handling, exception management, alerting, and escalation workflows.
• Build data validation and reconciliation layers to ensure accuracy of transferred data.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and imaging center partners to secure access and technical information.
• Document workflows, decision logic, edge cases, and process maps for future AI automation.

Qualifications

• Production experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate, building bots for web-based and thick-client applications.
• Bonus experience working in Citrix or remote desktop environments.
