Senior ServiceNow Integration Engineer

Job Overview

This hands-on engineering role involves building and maintaining certified ServiceNow integrations that connect field service and asset management platforms to enterprise customer environments. You’ll own the ServiceNow expertise, working on live, certified apps with real production impact from day one.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain certified ServiceNow apps, including business rules, scripted APIs, automated tests, and configuration UIs.
• Design real-time data flows between ServiceNow and platforms for work orders, job status updates, asset data, and more.
• Lead the ServiceNow Store certification process for the FSM Dispatch app.
• Architect syncing of hardware asset data from scanners, printers, and tablets across customer locations into ServiceNow environments.
• Serve as the internal expert on ServiceNow best practices, upgrades, and integration patterns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, including business rules, scripted APIs, and integrations.
• Proven experience building integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms using REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and bidirectional sync.
• Experience building scoped apps for distribution.
• Experience writing automated tests within ServiceNow.
• CSA certification plus at least one of: CIS-ITSM, CAD, or CIS-FSM.
