Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant

Job Overview

Support legal departments and risk & compliance teams in their digital transformation using a multidisciplinary team and specialized end-to-end solutions. Focus on creating value for multinational clients across industries through a targeted technology approach. This is a permanent full-time role based on a local employment contract.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules including Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Legal Service Delivery, Contract Management Pro, Source-to-Pay Operations, and App Engine.
• Develop and provide hypercare for workflows, business rules, UI guidelines, and integrations related to customer processes.
• Collaborate with customer teams in legal, compliance, procurement, finance, and IT to optimize cross-departmental processes.
• Create and optimize dashboards, reports, and notifications.
• Apply best practices in ServiceNow configuration and development, documentation, and review of configurations and solutions.
• Play a key role in project teams and the delivery model.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant (minimum 2+ years practical experience with ServiceNow).
• Competence in configuring and customizing ServiceNow (workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, data imports).
• Desirable experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems (APIs, web services, data feeds).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD); additional certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of agile project management methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, self-determined and independent demeanor.
• Fluent in German and English (at least B2 level).
