Job Overview

This role involves taking comprehensive responsibility for the further development of a platform in a small, dynamic team at a pragmatic software company. You will contribute directly from architecture to customer support, focusing on high-quality software solutions with close collaboration and high technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle backend and frontend development
• Make architecture decisions
• Manage infrastructure and server administration
• Shape the technical roadmap in close coordination
• Serve as the main contact for customers, including setup, training, questions, and optimizations, both technically and customer-oriented

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience, ideally in SaaS projects
• Very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and databases/SQL
• Secure handling of GUI frameworks (Vaadin and Flutter)
• Structured, independent way of working with a focus on clean code
• Fluent in German and English for team and customer contact
• Ability to work independently and a secure, service-oriented approach to customers
