Job Overview

Leverage expertise to design and implement Strategic Portfolio Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enabling organizations to manage portfolios, projects, and resources effectively. Work closely with consultants, developers, and clients to deliver high-quality implementations and guide digital transformation journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions based on platform best practices
  • Lead and support SPM implementations including modules such as Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Resource Management
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions
  • Facilitate workshops and design sessions with stakeholders to define processes and solution architecture
  • Define solution designs, architecture documentation, and implementation strategies
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and minimize unnecessary customization
  • Provide architectural guidance to consultants and developers during implementation
  • Conduct solution reviews and ensure architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support presales activities by providing architectural input and solution proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful ServiceNow SPM projects

Qualifications

  • ServiceNow CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) certification (mandatory)
  • Several years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management implementations
  • Proven experience delivering multiple SPM projects in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of SPM modules such as Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning
  • Experience designing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution designs
  • Experience facilitating workshops and working with senior business stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture
  • Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow SPM data model and processes
  • Experience with platform configuration including Flow Designer, Business Rules, and forms
  • Understanding of integrations and dependencies with other modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Enterprise Architecture Management
  • Experience with ServiceNow implementation best practices and governance models
