Student Assistant

Job Overview

This is a part-time, temporary student position in information technology, providing learning opportunities in computer science through assisting in system-software solutions development and support. The role involves participating in various phases of the system development life cycle to deliver IT products, services, and systems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of system-software solutions using information technology software engineering methods.
• Provide support to custom designed systems and system reporting services.
• Participate in systems maintenance and operations, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.

Qualifications

• Must be a college student enrolled in at least six semester units (undergraduate) or four semester units (graduate) at an accredited institution.
• Major in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.
• Complete each term with minimum unit requirements; proof collected at end of Spring and Fall terms.
• Reside and perform all work in California.
