Job Overview

This role involves providing operations and maintenance support for existing applications and managing enhancement releases in an Agile environment for a federal agency contract. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work remotely with potential after-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fixes and enhancements in an Agile environment.
• Interface with customers to ensure high satisfaction and a positive team environment.
• Define and document deliverable objectives by analyzing user requirements and envisioning features.
• Debug and resolve issues in back-end (Node.js) and front-end (Vue.js Vue3).
• Complete application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contribute to team meetings; troubleshoot across environments.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, teaming skills, and tenacity in addressing issues.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience with related skills.
• Experience working remotely 100% with high-speed internet and a dedicated office.
• Ability to provide after-hours on-call support.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• US Citizen with preference for existing Public Trust Clearance.
• Desired: Experience with AWS, Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, Jenkins, SonarQube, WebSphere/Tomcat, HTML, and 508 compliance.
