Job Overview

We’re building an AI meeting assistant and seeking a passionate engineer to join the core team. You’ll shape the product and technology, with options for hybrid or remote work, having a massive impact on our early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

• Build core AI features by turning user needs and product ideas into robust code and prompts for the AI meeting note platform.
• Iterate with user feedback, moving quickly using direct input and analytics to push product metrics.
• Shape the product by working closely with founders and the team to define, experiment, and improve user experience.
• Ensure quality by playing a key role in shipping a robust, reliable, and exceptional experience to users.

Qualifications

• Strong product mindset, caring deeply about user experience and motivated by solving real problems.
• Experience with optimizing ML/AI pipelines, MLOps, and prompt engineering.
• Proven engineering skills with experience building and shipping software; 2+ years preferred, including side projects or past work.
• Adaptable and fast learner who thrives in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and can quickly pick up new technologies.
• Willingness to work from the Berlin Mitte office several days a week.
