AI Partner Success Manager

Job Overview

This part-time remote role supports partners in leveraging AI and automation to transform business processes. Involves hands-on work with AI technologies, customer communication, and project management to deliver high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and develop effective prompts for various business use cases
• Create and optimize automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, and similar platforms
• Direct communication with customers for needs analysis and solution development
• Project management of AI implementations from conception to completion
• Quality control and testing of AI projects to ensure high standards
• Partner success management to actively support and maximize customer value
• Documentation of workflows, processes, and best practices
• Support in further development of AI services

Qualifications

• Enrollment at a recognized university
• Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and its practical applications
• Interest in working with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Experience or strong interest in creating automation workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make/Integromat)
• Excellent communication skills in customer contact
• Structured, independent working style and organizational skills
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Reliability and high quality orientation

Nice-to-Have

• First experiences with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GPT-4, etc.)
• Studies in computer science, data science, business informatics, or related fields
• Experience in customer success or support
• Knowledge of API integrations
• Familiarity with project management tools
