Responsibilities
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and develop effective prompts for various business use cases
- Create and optimize automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, and similar platforms
- Direct communication with customers for needs analysis and solution development
- Project management of AI implementations from conception to completion
- Quality control and testing of AI projects to ensure high standards
- Partner success management to actively support and maximize customer value
- Documentation of workflows, processes, and best practices
- Support in further development of AI services
Qualifications
- Enrollment at a recognized university
- Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and its practical applications
- Interest in working with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Experience or strong interest in creating automation workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make/Integromat)
- Excellent communication skills in customer contact
- Structured, independent working style and organizational skills
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
- Reliability and high quality orientation
Nice-to-Have
- First experiences with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GPT-4, etc.)
- Studies in computer science, data science, business informatics, or related fields
- Experience in customer success or support
- Knowledge of API integrations
