Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Adapt clinical training programs to meet diverse needs of healthcare providers, ensuring effective utilization of clinical applications and technologies.
• Assess training needs and develop customized plans, instructional materials, and user guides.
• Adhere to clinical protocols, operational policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze clinical workflows to identify improvement opportunities and optimize application use.
• Build relationships with clinical staff and stakeholders for successful implementation.
• Communicate complex clinical and technical information clearly to healthcare professionals.
• Conduct in-depth training sessions and workshops, both on-site and remotely.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for technical issues.
• Develop working relationships with internal teams and external customers.
• Document customer interactions, training sessions, and support activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent specialization.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare as Clinical Applications, Clinical Training, or Sales Support.
