Job Overview

Lead a team of BCBAs in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services while overseeing key operational functions such as intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting. This role combines clinical leadership with business performance to drive growth and ensure compliance and quality in a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, support, and develop a team of BCBAs
• Maintain strong clinical standards across all cases
• Provide resource for clinical decision-making and case support
• Ensure compliance while keeping quality at the center
• Oversee intake and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
• Manage staffing and scheduling to maximize consistency and utilization
• Support and collaborate on recruiting efforts for BCBAs and RBTs
• Identify gaps and fix operational issues
• Work closely with leadership on expansion into new areas
• Build scalable systems
• Track and improve key metrics like utilization, retention, and team performance

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing
• Prior hands-on experience as a Clinical Director overseeing teams of BCBAs
• Experience refining clinical and operational workflows
• Leadership experience and enjoyment of leading people
• Understanding of the operational side of ABA beyond clinical work
• Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
• Energized by growth and building systems
