Job Overview

Lead a team of BCBAs in delivering exceptional ABA therapy care while overseeing operational areas such as intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting. This role focuses on maintaining clinical standards, improving systems, and driving growth in a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, support, and develop a team of BCBAs
• Maintain strong clinical standards across all cases
• Provide resource for clinical decision-making and case support
• Ensure compliance while prioritizing quality
• Oversee intake and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
• Manage staffing and scheduling to maximize consistency and utilization
• Support and collaborate on recruiting efforts for BCBAs and RBTs
• Identify gaps and improve operational processes
• Work with leadership on expansion into new areas
• Build scalable systems and track key metrics like utilization, retention, and team performance

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing
• Prior hands-on experience as a Clinical Director overseeing teams of BCBAs
• Experience refining clinical and operational workflows
• Leadership experience with enjoyment in leading people
• Understanding of the operational side of ABA beyond clinical work
• Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
• Energized by growth and building something new
