Act as the clinical reference for the Endoscopy portfolio in Iberia, leading clinical implementation and customer training for existing and prospective accounts. Focus on driving adoption and optimal use of solutions through product demonstrations, healthcare professional training, support during clinical procedures, and promotion of educational programs. Manage territory covering Central Spain, based in Madrid.
Responsibilities
- Deliver product demonstrations and clinical education to healthcare professionals to ensure effective understanding and use of solutions
- Act as a clinical reference for the portfolio, applying strong clinical and technical expertise to support product application and address customer inquiries
- Provide post-sales clinical support, including implementation, education, in-servicing, and ongoing account support to drive product utilization
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support regional and national strategies, including lead generation, pre-sales clinical evaluations, and demonstration of clinical value
- Promote educational programs, clinical events, congresses, and peer-to-peer initiatives to enhance customer engagement and clinical adoption
- Track, document, and report training activities, customer feedback, and account information using Salesforce, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Training, Technical Support, and Customer Service), sharing best practices and field insights to maximize organizational effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, medical engineering, or related scientific disciplines
- At least 1 year of experience in the medical devices or life sciences industry
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Strong team player in a cross-functional environment; flexible and willing to travel as required
- Independent, self-reliant, and accountable; strong sense of responsibility
- Advanced presentation and negotiation skills; able to operate in competitive environments and adapt quickly to change
- Enthusiastic and decisive, self-motivated, and able to work with a minimum of supervision; team-oriented
