Conversational AI Solution Engineer

Job Overview

This role involves developing and deploying effective Chat- and Voicebots to meet specific local needs. It requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, design and build conversational AI systems that integrate with existing technologies like CRM, and test and optimize solutions for high-quality user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational flows, user interfaces, and integration points/extensions for Chat- and Voicebots.
• Develop and document processes and procedures for building and deploying Conversational AI solutions.
• Support Conversational AI operations projects with expertise.
• Document technical changes, workflow-related tasks, and provide development status updates.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Continuously drive asset enhancements and concept creation independently.
• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders during development and deployment of Conversational AI use cases.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Conversational AI frameworks and technologies such as STT, TTS, SSML, NLP, and LLMs.
• Experience with JavaScript, APIs, and other relevant technologies.
• Understanding of principles of conversational design and UX for conversational interfaces.
• Expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
• Understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience with project management tools.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise infrastructure and application landscape.
• Advanced English level and Computer Science/Systems Engineering degree.
• Conversational AI Platform certification (e.g., Infobip, Cognigy) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and similar technologies.
