Responsibilities
- Provide telephone support and customer success management by contacting users, offering course recommendations, and explaining cashback offers.
- Conduct simple consultations and schedule appointments with internal advisors for complex inquiries.
- Collect valuable feedback from users to contribute to platform development.
- Document all activities, notes, and tasks in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the team in Switzerland and participate in regular meetings.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Swiss German is a big advantage; Standard German is also accepted.
- Structured and reliable work approach.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with readiness to take responsibility.
- Ideally, interest in education and further training.
- Experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is desirable.
