Job Overview

As a Customer Success Architect, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor to key federal government customers, helping them align the DevSecOps platform with their business goals to achieve long-term outcomes. You’ll partner post-sale to develop success plans, guide customer journeys, drive adoption and maturity, and act as the primary liaison for escalations and coordination across internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to translate pre-sales plans into actionable objectives and success criteria.
  • Guide customers on platform usage, including DevSecOps best practices, Git workflows, CI/CD, and adoption patterns.
  • Own a portfolio of customers, driving adoption, retention, expansion, and satisfaction through strategic engagement.
  • Build and maintain Customer Success Plans, define goals and KPIs, and track progress.
  • Act as primary liaison for accounts, coordinating responses to questions, issues, and escalations.
  • Provide hands-on technical enablement, onboarding, and education on new features and use cases.
  • Program manage escalations, ensuring root causes are addressed and stakeholders are updated.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to recommend training and maturity opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Practical understanding of Git, common branching strategies, and modern software development lifecycles.
  • Working knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment.
