Data Analyst

Job Overview

Support data-driven decision-making across departments including Digital, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D. Ensure data is accurate, accessible, and visualized to meet business objectives. Collaborate with teams to deliver reporting solutions and maintain data quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with Product Owners to identify and deliver reporting solutions.
• Coordinate reporting activities and manage priorities for efficient delivery.
• Create dashboards and reports to drive business decisions and support cross-functional teams.
• Work with Data Engineers to define data collection, transformation, and management rules.
• Ensure high data quality and consistency across reports and systems.
• Document work and maintain data catalog consistency.
• Ensure data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR) and identify risks related to unauthorized data use.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to support industrialization of data processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of database systems and management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with big data tools and modern data stacks is a plus.
• Proactive mindset and excellent analytical thinking.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data into insights.
• Proficiency in English.
