Data Analyst, Regulatory Analytics and Reporting

Job Overview

This role focuses on transforming complex compliance and regulatory data into actionable insights to support business protection, regulatory satisfaction, and leadership decisions in a fast-paced crypto environment. It involves end-to-end data management, automation of compliance processes, and collaboration across teams to ensure accuracy and audit-readiness.

Responsibilities

• Design dashboards, compliance metrics, and regulatory reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders and compliance officers.
• Automate compliance data solutions, governance controls, and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
• Analyze large datasets to create scalable, audit-ready data models for regulatory reporting and analytics.
• Translate regulatory and business requests into reports and automated pipelines using Python, SQL, DBT, and Airflow.
• Lead cross-functional projects with analysts, engineers, and compliance teams to build and maintain data pipelines.
• Monitor data quality, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
• Support ad-hoc data requests for audits, risk assessments, and business needs.
• Deliver data-driven insights to influence compliance strategies through storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and management in financial services or regulated industries.
• Strong expertise in data tools including Python, SQL, DBT, and Airflow.
• Deep knowledge of compliance regulations and frameworks.
• Experience with regulatory reporting, risk management, and audit processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively.
