Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities
- Utilize electromechanical skills to provide excellent service to customers.
- Maintain and increase revenue for service and sales divisions.
- Participate in site safety programs to create a zero-hazard environment.
- Work professionally to develop customer relations.
- Demonstrate ability to understand detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Use test equipment including various test meters, hand tools, and power tools competently.
- Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Respectfully take direction from supervisor/manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- University degree.
- 1-3 years of equivalent experience in relevant technical fields such as electronics, mechanical, chemical, gas, or refrigeration.
- Positive attitude, energetic and enthusiastic, with strong willingness to learn and commitment to excellence.
- Initiative and ability to complete tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and make good independent judgments when appropriate.
- Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
- Proficiency in using various test meters, hand tools, and power tools.
- Basic computer skills, including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- English proficiency in written and reading comprehension.
