Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategy including paid ads, organic content, and landing pages.
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Build and systematically execute content strategy.
- Track performance, analyze data, and iterate based on metrics.
- Work directly with founders on growth goals.
Qualifications
- Experience building marketing strategies, ideally in startups or scale-ups.
- Strong copywriting skills for LinkedIn posts, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Experience with paid social and performance-oriented ads on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to build and execute content strategies systematically.
- Data-driven approach to tracking and iterating, not gut-feel marketing.
- Basic SEO knowledge for organic traffic.
