Job Overview

Build the growth engine for a MedTech startup revolutionizing men’s health through app-based urological early detection. Focus on strategic user and practice acquisition, thinking in funnels and pipelines rather than channels or impressions. Drive demand generation from awareness to conversion for both B2C end-users and B2B doctor practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead entire demand generation process, from awareness to conversion, for B2C and B2B.
  • Design and manage mobile-first funnels, performance campaigns, and product-led growth mechanisms.
  • Build scalable acquisition systems emphasizing automation and data-driven iteration.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on go-to-market strategy and channel architecture.
  • Manage external partners and freelancers in a lean, efficient, results-oriented manner.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience building inbound pipelines scaling to five-, six-, or seven-figure levels.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation, funnel architecture, and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or similar performance channels handling significant budgets.
  • Practical knowledge of product-led growth, productized services, SaaS, or subscription models.
  • Systems-oriented thinking rather than one-off actions; fluent in German and English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in HealthTech or MedTech environments.
  • Background in founding a company or agency work.
  • Training from Reforge, Demand Curve, or similar programs.
