This role involves leading a team of research analysts to deliver high-quality actionable insights and analytics to clients in consumer packaged goods, tech, and retail sectors. Focus on building strong client relationships, understanding needs, and providing solutions to achieve strategic goals. Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent and high-quality actionable insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Coach, develop, and inspire team to advance careers and innovate on client briefs
- Manage internal stakeholders and projects to meet client requirements
- Proactively share best practices and industry knowledge across internal teams
- Deliver analytics and insights services, including tactical client training on products like Brand Health, segmentation, Usage & Attitudes, Customer Experience, Shopper, and Qualitative research
- Identify opportunities through client engagements and hand off to Account Development
- Craft compelling insights and provide clear, actionable recommendations to help clients grow
Qualifications
- Ability to establish strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Skill in understanding client needs and creating tailored solutions
- Experience leading and coaching a team of at least 5 research analysts
- Strong working knowledge of client business priorities
- Competencies in relationship building, active listening, and communicating with genuine interest
- Interest in storytelling through data; training provided for product knowledge
