Provide expert guidance and personalized support to parents for elementary and middle school courses, ensuring students’ needs are met through strong communication and problem-solving. This part-time remote role involves 20-30 hours per week, focusing on client engagement and enrollment goals in an education technology setting.
Responsibilities
- Participate in training sessions to understand educational products and user needs.
- Address client inquiries about course offerings, schedules, teaching methods, and registration processes.
- Engage potential clients through phone, email, and social media to introduce courses and highlight value.
- Build relationships with parents by understanding academic needs and recommending programs.
- Develop and execute plans to meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor sales performance and refine approaches for optimal results.
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams for smooth integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Teaching, Education, or Mathematics preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in education, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about education, empathetic to parents’ needs.
- High responsiveness, professional mindset, flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent teamwork, proactive problem-solving skills.
