Job Overview

Join the EMEA Partner Success team to help partners in DACH and EMEA maximize value from core solutions. Provide best-practice guidance, product optimization support, and trusted insights to drive adoption and long-term success. This role involves partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to increase value, retention, partner satisfaction, and expansion while maintaining strong relationships. German language skills are required, and the position is remote-based.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Sales, Marketing, and Support teams with high attention to detail
  • Research, analyze, and document findings
  • Coach, review, and/or delegate work to other team members
  • Ensure partners receive maximum value from their investments, utilizing licenses, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders for adoption and renewals
  • Propose solutions to partner problems based on the platform and understanding of their business
  • Develop understanding of partners’ business challenges and map platform features to address needs
  • Act as an escalation point to drive timely, proactive resolutions
  • Travel to partner locations and events
  • Help create scalable playbooks and processes for partner interactions
  • Identify processes to facilitate cross-functional communication, prioritization, and visibility

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision
  • Recognized subject matter expert of industry standards
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per partner requirements
  • Strong knowledge of business processes cross-functionally
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
  • Strong knowledge of the IT Service Provider market and business
  • Technical acumen and business management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent business experience
  • 6+ years of relevant experience; preferred 5+ years in SaaS industry
