Principal Account Technical Strategist

Job Overview

This role involves owning the end-to-end technical strategy for complex North America Government federal accounts, translating mission priorities into multi-year technology roadmaps to drive platform adoption, mission outcomes, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain executive-level trusted advisor relationships and governance across customer and partner ecosystems.
• Provide technical thought leadership by diagnosing mission outcomes, developing target-state architectures, and codifying repeatable patterns.
• Represent the company as a senior technical spokesperson in customer executives, industry forums, and strategic partners.
• Lead technical strategy for complex evaluations and competitive displacement, including defining win strategies and delivering architecture briefings.
• Design and govern complex, multi-product proofs of value with clear success criteria.
• Drive platform adoption and operational resilience by authoring technical roadmaps and leading outcome-based success plans.
• Own major-incident and escalation leadership, including stakeholder communications and root-cause reviews.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across sales, product, engineering, support, partners, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of federal mission drivers, policy constraints, and market trends.
• Expertise in current-state and target-state architectures across classified and unclassified environments.
• Strong knowledge of competitive technologies and positioning strategies.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations, technical presentations, and building proof of concept solutions.
• Ability to lead virtual teams and drive improvements to repeatable processes and standards.
