SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Technical Consultant

Job Overview

This role involves working on a compact, predominantly remote project focused on SAP HCM modules including E-Recruiting, Learning Solution, and Talent Management. The position requires hands-on technical consulting to customize and enhance SAP systems for delivering informed commercial results and positive digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Customize SAP HCM (ECC), particularly in Learning Solution, E-Recruiting, and Talent Management.
• Develop using ABAP / ABAP OO, including enhancements and extensions.
• Work with WebDynpro for ABAP (Recruiter, MSS, ESS), SAP Workflow, and SmartForms / Adobe Forms.
• Handle SCORM and learning optimization.
• Manage SAP HCM Talent Management, including Performance Management and Talent Conferences.
• Integrate HR master and organizational data between SAP and external systems.
• Utilize SAP Fiori.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM (ECC), especially in Learning Solution, E-Recruiting, and Talent Management.
• Solid expertise in customizing, ABAP / ABAP OO development, enhancements, and extensions.
• Experience with WebDynpro for ABAP, SAP Workflow, SmartForms / Adobe Forms, SCORM, and learning optimization.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM Talent Management (Performance Management, Talent Conferences).
• Integration experience with SAP and external systems.
• Experience with SAP Fiori.
• Very good German (B2+) is mandatory.
• Recent hands-on development experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with H4S4, SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession, Onboarding, SmartRecruiters), SAP Integration Suite, or Work Zone.
• Certification in SuccessFactors is a plus; specify project details and duration.
