Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client calls (not telemarketing).
- Respond professionally to callers, provide and gather information.
- Receive and route critical messages to on-call staff, prioritizing emergency calls.
- Address customer inquiries professionally and accurately.
Qualifications
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong proficiency in English and French grammar.
- Comfortable with computers, especially Windows operating systems.
- Punctual with quick learning ability and typing speed of at least 36 words per minute.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Team player with strong attention to detail and logical processing skills.
- Availability for full-time shifts (35-40 hours/week), including weekends, between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST, 24/7 operations.
- Must provide Windows 11+ computer, high-speed internet with Ethernet, USB headset, and a quiet dedicated workspace.
