Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and new potential leads using provided scripts.
- Schedule patient appointments and collect relevant consumer information in CRM system.
- Answer inbound return calls and handle overflow as needed.
- Maintain quality service by following standard operating procedures and exceeding appointment quotas.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and contribute to contact center improvements.
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and resolve problems to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- One year of call center experience and upselling required.
- Comfortable with fast-paced inbound and outbound calls (130-150 per day).
- 6+ months of inside sales and call center experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven, goal-oriented, and able to handle objections and rejection.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel; proficient in order entry.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Dedicated quiet work-from-home setup with own WiFi.
