Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm and new potential leads using provided scripts.
  • Schedule patient appointments and collect relevant consumer information in CRM system.
  • Answer inbound return calls and handle overflow as needed.
  • Maintain quality service by following standard operating procedures and exceeding appointment quotas.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and contribute to contact center improvements.
  • Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and resolve problems to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

  • One year of call center experience and upselling required.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced inbound and outbound calls (130-150 per day).
  • 6+ months of inside sales and call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Target-driven, goal-oriented, and able to handle objections and rejection.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel; proficient in order entry.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Dedicated quiet work-from-home setup with own WiFi.
