Responsibilities
- Provide telephone consultation and support to customers

Qualifications
- Current university studies, e.g., in humanities, media, or communication sciences or equivalent
- Serious, empathetic, and friendly demeanor on the phone
- Excellent communication skills and high social competence
- Confident handling of digital tools and solid PC skills
