Brand Designer (Graphic & Motion)

This is a 6-month contract role focused on creating social media and performance creative production for the Thailand market. You’ll deliver ad assets and UGC edits, supporting paid channels like Meta, TikTok, and Google Display, as well as owned channels including lifecycle emails and app store assets. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll develop creative concepts and ensure all outputs are on-brand, optimized for performance, and localized for Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Design and adapt static, video, and motion ads across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Display channels
- Edit and optimize videos for social and performance ad sprints
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate strategy and insights into effective creatives
- Contribute to creative concepts for growth marketing campaigns and lifecycle assets
- Ensure all outputs meet channel specifications, stay on-brand, and are localized for the Thailand market
- Share creative learnings and insights to inform and improve future testing and production
Qualifications
- Strong design portfolio with experience in digital ads, motion graphics, and/or UGC video edits, and proficiency in design tools including Canva
- Experience creating content for social and performance channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads), with a strong attention to detail and ability to adapt concepts across formats and sizes
- Good understanding of Thai trends, with the ability to translate them into relevant, engaging content
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment, and confident appearing on camera for social content
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English, with a collaborative approach to working with marketing teams and stakeholders
