Responsibilities
- Participate in multiple phases of production, including creative development, storyboarding, editing, post-production, and finishing/delivery.
- Generate on-brand ideas within project scope.
- Conceptualize and create high-end video content for broadcast, digital, and social channels.
- Deliver video projects on schedule.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and independently.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Expert visual storyteller with strong skills in writing, cinematography, and Adobe Creative Cloud editing and graphics programs.
- Highly creative with ability to write, edit, and produce for broadcast, digital, and social platforms.
- Understanding of latest professional post-production tools, video formats, codecs, media settings, edit workflows, color profiles, and delivery specs.
- Learning-oriented self-starter who can manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail while working independently.
- Skilled in location video production, including on-site shooting, lighting, audio, and field production workflows, with ability to complete occasional shoots.
- Degree in Broadcast and Film Production or equivalent.
- Proven experience in editing/post-production.
