This role involves delivering high-quality campaign rollouts and design production at pace, translating concept artwork into cohesive assets for Digital OOH, Web, and Social channels. It requires strong design judgment, attention to detail, and efficient work in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, while collaborating with Creative, Design, Studio, and Production teams to uphold craft standards.
Responsibilities
- Roll out campaign designs from established masters, adapting layouts across multiple sizes, formats, and ratios.
- Resize and recompose artwork to maintain on-brand, legible, and impactful executions across various channels.
- Ensure strong fundamentals in typography, alignment, hierarchy, spacing, cropping, and visual consistency.
- Support the design team by owning production-heavy components of campaigns and rollouts.
- Contribute quick options or refinements to improve clarity, consistency, or performance.
- Work efficiently in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to deliver channel-ready assets.
- Implement feedback accurately, manage versions, and prepare polished presentation materials in Google Slides.
- Support ad hoc needs like internal visuals, award boards, and submissions.
- Ensure outputs meet technical requirements prior to delivery.
- Collaborate positively, maintain file hygiene, and share useful shortcuts and templates.
Qualifications
- Strong design sense and judgment for resizing and reformatting.
- Exceptional attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Ability to deliver high-volume output efficiently without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience with Google Slides for presentations.
