Job Overview
This is a 12-week fixed-term contract role for 30 hours per week, involving remote customer service for pet-related queries. The position requires flexibility across weekday and weekend shifts, focusing on delivering excellent service through various channels while adapting to business needs.
Responsibilities
- Engage and build rapport with customers via Live Chat, Social Media, or Telephone.
- Deliver excellent customer service and empathize to provide optimal resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies.
- Collect and report customer feedback to maintain best practices.
- Bring company values to life in interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Offer support and solutions in line with company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience handling high-volume emails and Live Chat.
- Previous experience working towards targets and KPIs.
- Computer literate with multitasking abilities across multiple systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication skills, including via email.
- Proven decision-making skills.
- Experience working remotely.
