Job Overview

This is a 12-week fixed-term contract role for 30 hours per week, involving remote customer service for pet-related queries. The position requires flexibility across weekday and weekend shifts, focusing on delivering excellent service through various channels while adapting to business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and build rapport with customers via Live Chat, Social Media, or Telephone.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and empathize to provide optimal resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to maintain best practices.
  • Bring company values to life in interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Offer support and solutions in line with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience handling high-volume emails and Live Chat.
  • Previous experience working towards targets and KPIs.
  • Computer literate with multitasking abilities across multiple systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, including via email.
  • Proven decision-making skills.
  • Experience working remotely.
