Responsibilities
- Engage and build rapport with customers via live chat, social media, or telephone.
- Deliver excellent customer service and empathize to provide optimal resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies.
- Collect and report customer feedback to maintain best practices.
- Bring company values to life in interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications
- Experience handling high volumes of emails and live chat.
- Previous experience working towards targets and KPIs.
- Computer literate with multitasking abilities across multiple systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
