Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about products and orders.
• Become knowledgeable about products offered by the company.
• Build relationships and engage customers during phone calls.

Qualifications

• Must be a Vermont resident; work must be performed in Vermont.
• Must have an internet speed of at least 40mbps for remote work.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable, enthusiastic, and flexible team player.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Ability to use a laptop, keyboard, and mouse.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
