Responsibilities

• Support developers through internal productivity platforms and respond to internal customer requests using team collaboration and AI tools.
• Own and maintain developer productivity services such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Artifactory for reliability and scalability.
• Create and manage Kubernetes operators while troubleshooting infrastructure issues, particularly network-related.
• Automate recurring tasks for teams and developers using AI-first engineering, including integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical services, maintain internal technical documentation, and continuously learn to improve software build processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with ability to prioritize issues and switch contexts effectively.
• Hands-on experience with scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, or Bash.
• Practical experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or OCI) preferred.
