- Develop new visual concepts for campaigns.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience designing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms.
- Portfolio with concrete examples of paid social ad creatives (required).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite.
- Understanding of social performance, hook mechanics, and creative testing.
- Quick, precise, and structured in execution.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and performance logic.
- Bonus: Experience in D2C/E-Commerce environments.
- Language: German at least C1, English at least B2.
