Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience designing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms.
  • Portfolio with concrete examples of paid social ad creatives (required).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite.
  • Understanding of social performance, hook mechanics, and creative testing.
  • Quick, precise, and structured in execution.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and performance logic.
  • Bonus: Experience in D2C/E-Commerce environments.
  • Language: German at least C1, English at least B2.
